Most events mean juggling a caterer, a bar company and a pile of separate invoices. We do both. Bootlegger Bar pairs low and slow smoked barbecue with a fully licensed mobile bar, run by one crew who turn up together, set up together and clear out together.
We travel to weddings, corporate functions, birthdays and private events anywhere within 100km of our bar in Katoomba. The smoker comes with us, so your guests get brisket that has been on since the early hours and a bartender who knows the drinks list back to front.

3. We roll in and set up
The smoker and the trailer bar arrive early. We handle power, ice, glassware and pack down.

Mobile bar hire
Our trailer bar sets up on site with fridges, ice, glassware and a bartender crew. Fully licensed and insured. Choose the tier that fits your event, or ask us to build a custom drinks list.
